1. Introduction & acceptance

- The exchange matches back and lay bets between users; we are not a counterparty to exchange bets.
- A bet is valid only once matched. Unmatched bets or portions of bets may be cancelled by you at any time before matching.
- Markets are settled according to the official result as defined in the individual market rules displayed at bet placement. Where results are changed after settlement by a governing body, the original settlement stands unless the market rules state otherwise.
- We may void bets that are placed after the outcome was known, affected by technical error, or connected to suspicious betting patterns, and report such patterns to the relevant sports governing bodies and the Gambling Commission.
6. Casino & games

Subject to that, the Services are provided "as is"; we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, interruption of the Services, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the balance of your account at the time the claim arose.
11. Complaints & disputes
Contact our support team first via live chat or email. If we cannot resolve your complaint within eight weeks, you may refer it free of charge to our independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, [ADR PROVIDER NAME]. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
